As Yamazen Machinery and Tools India Private Limited looked into relocating its head office to resolve space shortages and expand showroom capabilities, KDDI provided end-to-end support from layout planning and interior design to IT infrastructure setup.
The result was a workspace that combines employee comfort, operational efficiency, and corporate philosophy and brand value experiences. Japanese-quality craftsmanship and quality management brought about a successful relocation.
Due to lack of space, the customer's exhibition area was being used for storage, preventing its use for exhibiting products. Based on their past experience, for this relocation the customer sought a partner who could deliver high-quality, one-stop support while strictly adhering to deadlines.

The customer appreciated our proposal, created through extensive meetings with them and incorporating their ideal vision. To meet their demands for strict deadline adherence and high-quality construction, we proposed a robust progress and quality management system utilizing weekly reports. Inviting the customer to tour KDDI India's office allowed them to experience it and built strong confidence in the feasibility and quality of our proposal.

At the construction site we thoroughly enforced protective masking, organization, tidiness, and cleaning to safeguard materials and equipment. We installed toilets equipped with TOTO Washlet® devices and performed meticulous polish-cleaning to ensure a spotless handover. We also provide attentive after-sales support, quickly addressing operational requests or inconveniences post-handover. This has earned high trust and satisfaction, leading to ongoing IT support and additional consultations regarding interior spaces.

The customer's corporate logo is positioned at reception, while an entire wall boldly displays their purpose visual, communicating the company's philosophy and values.

A spacious venue capable of hosting seminars, product presentations, and internal training sessions. Designed to easily accommodate layout changes, allowing usage by large groups.
Designed as a space for employee refreshment and casual communication. Bright accent colors create an open, welcoming atmosphere, encouraging interaction and contributing to a comfortable work environment.
A bright and spacious area featuring warm, inviting showcases that enhance product display. It includes an adjoining space for informal meetings and interaction with visitors, designed to effectively convey the appeal of the company and its products.
Designed with cleanliness and comfort in mind. Calming color palettes and premium fixtures create an elegant, comfortable environment for daily use.
